1333ba Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 1333ba website at 1333ba.bet or any associated mobile-optimised version of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 1333ba. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through 1333ba, including but not limited to: cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, sports betting, promotional offers, bonuses, customer support interactions, and all deposit and withdrawal transactions.

1333ba takes its age verification obligations seriously. At any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a review triggered by responsible gaming concerns — we may require you to submit documentary proof of age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts for which satisfactory verification documents are not provided within the required time frame will be suspended pending verification and, if verification is not completed, permanently closed.

One account per individual: Each person may hold only one registered account on the 1333ba platform. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided. 1333ba reserves the right to forfeit funds held in duplicate accounts where abuse is confirmed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow another person to access your account. Any action taken through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. 1333ba reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 1333ba platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 1333ba does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors such as mobile banking providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 1333ba's control.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking), Upay — deposits credited within approximately 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.

Funds deposited into your 1333ba account must be used for gameplay. 1333ba reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests and conduct fraud investigations where deposit activity without corresponding gameplay is identified. Deposits made in error or without corresponding betting activity may be subject to an administrative review fee.

General bonus rules applicable to all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real cash. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x) is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Only games designated as eligible in the promotion terms contribute to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or nothing at all.

1333ba reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. No compensation will be payable in respect of any promotion that is withdrawn or modified.

All games available on the 1333ba platform — including slot games, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules of each game or market as presented within the platform interface. These game-specific rules supplement and do not replace these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1333ba platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account while under the age of 18, or providing false date-of-birth information during the registration or verification process.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the 1333ba platform (duplicate accounts).
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their full knowledge and legal consent.
• Attempting to defraud 1333ba through chargeback abuse, false dispute claims, or manipulation of the deposit and withdrawal process.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or the 1333ba platform to obtain an unfair advantage or extract winnings that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or play games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to manipulate outcomes or extract guaranteed profits from the platform.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times, or meeting wagering requirements through low-risk hedged betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash without genuine gameplay risk.
• Using the 1333ba platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or any other activity that contravenes applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the 1333ba platform, its software, or its content without prior written authorisation.

1333ba employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor player activity across all products in real time. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 1333ba reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before determining the appropriate outcome.

You may request to close your 1333ba account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live support team via the in-platform chat, or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to our standard verification and withdrawal procedures.

1333ba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or subsequent verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Account inactivity — accounts with a zero real-money balance that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be closed after prior email notification.
• Request or requirement by a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• Any other circumstance in which 1333ba determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is closed by 1333ba due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at 1333ba's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 1333ba will not be liable to you for any loss arising from the closure of your account where such closure is made in accordance with these terms.
